1. Using Tutorfic

Tutorfic is an educational tool meant to be set up and supervised by a parent, teacher or guardian. You're responsible for the account and for the children who use it under your care.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the chapter files you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them for your child's learning, and you grant us permission to process them to generate lessons, quizzes and exams.

3. Acceptable use

• Use it for genuine learning, not to upload unlawful or harmful material.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Keep your login details private.

4. AI-generated content

Lessons, answers and quizzes are produced by an AI model and may occasionally contain mistakes. Always treat them as a helpful aid, not a flawless authority, and review important content with a teacher or textbook.

5. Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly with no lock-in and can be cancelled anytime. Each plan includes a budget cap that pauses AI calls once your monthly limit is reached.

6. Availability

We work to keep Tutorfic running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.

7. Liability

Tutorfic is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from its use.
